  • Author: Lucia
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 10 servings 1x

Description

A quick, customizable, and nutritious breakfast or snack featuring layers of Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh fruit. Perfect for meal prepping and busy school mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (450g) Greek Yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 23 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 cups (150g) Granola (cluster-style)
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 medium Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Mango or Peach, diced
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon Chia seeds, Hemp hearts, or Almond butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fruit. Slice strawberries thinly, dice mango/peaches, and slice bananas. If using frozen fruit, thaw and pat dry.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. In an 8-ounce jar or cup, add a layer of yogurt (2-3 tablespoons), followed by a layer of granola (2 tablespoons), and a layer of fruit (2 tablespoons).
  4. Repeat the layering pattern (yogurt, granola, fruit) until the cup is full, ending with a final layer of fruit on top.
  5. Seal the lid tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  6. Serve cold directly from the fridge.

Notes

Layering order matters: always start with yogurt to create a barrier that keeps the granola crunchy. Use thick Greek yogurt to prevent sogginess. For longer storage, keep granola separate and add it right before eating. Do not freeze, as yogurt will separate and fruit will become mushy.
