How many calories in a brownie|Calories in Homemade Chocolate Brownie

Well, simply take your calculators out and also mount up a few numbers, and you will notice it’s authentic.  And the strangest thing about this is they taste pretty damn excellent.

Today, normally I am not fond of low carb desserts, because I think that it’s really a joke.  If you will eat dessert, then eat.  dessert.  However among my favorite writers, Rosie that the Londoner, put up these babies last week and so they looked really gooey and delish I simply had to take to these.

Currently I made some alterations to my own liking, therefore in the event you utilize slightly different ingredients (routine yogurt v greek, etc) they may possibly emerge otherwise.  And, being Rosie states, make certain to undercook your own brownies.  They taste so  much better like that!

  • Buying LIST  PRINT

  • Author: Sarah | Broma Bakery
  • Serves 9 brownies     ADJUST SERVINGS
  • 3/4       cup abounds greek yogurt (I used Fage 0 percent)
  • 1/4       cup skim milk
  • 1/2       cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2       cup Mature fashioned rolled oats (such as Quaker)

1/2       cup Truvia Baking Blend (or some other natural/stevia Centered sweetener which pops like sugar)

1          egg

1          tsp baking powder

1          pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 400°F.  Grease a square baking dish (I used 8″X 8″).

Blend all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 min).

Pour into the prepared dish and simmer for approximately 15minutes.  Allow to cool before cutting to 9 large squares.  YAHM.

Optional ” I included approximately 1/4 cup of chocolate chips into my own batter, simply to live dangerously.  It contributes the calorie count around approximately 65 calories each brownie.  Very so bad, not so bad.

Recipe lightly adapted from The Londoner
